Code of Conduct

The Company has adopted a Code of ConductOpens in new window that outlines the standards required so that Sonic's people conduct themselves with the highest ethical standards. All employees of the Company and its controlled entities are informed of the Code. The Directors regularly review this code to ensure it reflects best practice in corporate governance.
